During the year-long investigation led by his new lawyer Erica J. Suter and supported by Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, new information is unearthed, exposing flaws in the original investigation and prosecution, including undisclosed evidence pointing to other potential suspects, suppressed witness testimony, and DNA from the crime scene that has remained untested.

凌晨3点半，老金被叫了起来，去机场接机，一个夜里的航班。 　　老金睡意朦胧，到了机场还得等一会儿，他没事可干，开始琢磨起他车里签名，现在车里已经没有什么地方可签了，他想了想用力擦掉几个名字，炭素笔写上去签名不太容易被擦掉老金颇费了些力气。 　　飞机落场了，画家××带着妻子出来了，坐上了老金的车，他们很熟悉，老金告诉画家前几天宋庄发生的一些大事，例如谁被老婆打了，谁卖了几张画，谁回来了，谁走了，哪个国家的收藏家来宋庄了。漫无目地的聊天让画家觉得有点累，他打起瞌睡，天慢慢的亮了，机场高速路上的车也渐渐多了起来，老金打开收音机，开始收听当天的北京新闻。 　　把画家送到住地，老金回到自己的家，他老婆做好了做饭，老金吃了几口，和衣上床躺着睡着了。 　　十一点，电话响了，老金送一个画家的夫人去车站，老金上面写满了签名的灰颜色的夏利车在北京的车流里显得有点怪诞，不时的有别的司机打量这个大字写着“为艺术家服务”的破车。回宋庄的路上，老金接到电话，问老金把夫人送上车没有，听到老金肯定的答复以后，告诉老金去一个别的地方把另外一个女人接回来……老金已经见怪不怪，习以为常。 　　几个短途的接送，路上老金跟乘车的画家们聊聊“波罗克”“米罗”“抽象派”“印象派”…… 　　回来的路上，老金接到几个电话，分别是：让老金帮助找小时工打扫画室。让老金送一个喷灯到一个周边的村庄，谁也不知道画家们需要喷灯来干什么。送一张画儿到一个工作室。一个画家需要请一个燕郊的妓女模特，让老金去燕郊接回来。 　　晚上老金接到电话，到宋庄的一个饭馆，去送几个喝醉酒的艺术家回家，老金拒绝拉一个人：“他吐到我的车上怎么办？我的车是我的一个作品，是个行为！”这车是个“行为”是老金最常说的一句话，不知道老金理解的什么是“行为”？ 　　傍晚，疲惫不堪老金的回到家里，好像是突然想了起来，跟老婆抱怨一了一句“今天又他妈的没挣着多少钱”。
